I usually hate it when I ran out of materials since looking for a neighbor who sells the stuff that I need takes a while to do. I'll bet you too are having a hard time with this. Good thing for you there's a new plugin was recently released that you can add on your Empires and Allies Bot to allow it to automatically visit your neighbors and buy the materials that you told it to look for. How to use:
1. You need to have the bot installed in your computer. Download it Here
2. Download the plugin using the link above
3. Unzip the files.
4. Copy the contents of the folders and transfer them to the corresponding folders in the directory where you installed the bot.
5. Run and check for the materials tab.
